    J. D. Hayden & Company, Certified Public Accountants was established in 1989. Jim Hayden, the founder, has been in public practice for over 25 years. Jim has a diverse background including extensive experience in taxation, small businesses, estates and trusts. An officer of several organizations, Jim also serves as Finance Chairman, Chairman of  Negotiations and is the Vice-President of the local Board of Education.

Our CPAs possess a strong backgrounds in auditing, taxation and not-for-profit accounting. We also have considerable computer consulting and software installation experience including spreadsheet design and implementation.

Associates in the firm have broad experience in computerized tax, write-up, payroll, and other client related services.

Over the past several years, the tax laws have undergone several significant revisions. In spite of the complexities introduced by these changes, the firm has maintained its high-quality, responsive service. In addition to the direct access to principles and personal service clients have come to expect, J. D. Hayden & Company, Certified Public Accountants has continued to maintain a competitive fee structure.

In addition to the traditional tax and accounting services, we provide a full range of individual and business write-up and bill paying services, payroll, 1099, W-2, trust, estate and gift tax planning and administration. Business professionals are available for corporate directorships, negotiations, mediation and arbitration services.

Services are provided to clients based throughout the country and overseas. Spanish speaking personnel have opened international and national opportunities over the past several years. Auditing services are available domestically and abroad.
